CNC Brake Press

With our 12' 500 ton brake press, we are able to provide quality blade and bucket skins of mild steel or Hardox. We can bend and form steel to precise measurements and angles. The CNC controller allows us to maintain consistent and repeatable programs for any size bucket or blade. 

CNC Cutting Table

Our high definition CNC plasma cutting table is 10' x 24' and capable of cutting up to 2 1/2" steel and piercing up to 1 3/4". We can quickly and easily cut about anything you may need for your operation with precise details. Holds 2 hypertherm  hprxd plasma units and cuts at a 30 degree bevel to make cutting edges and mold boards. 

Stud Welder

Our stud welder creates bolt in wear liners without countersink holes. We can weld studs 1/4 to 3/4 " thick. Our welding devices rapidly and securely attaches studs to surfaces creating a strong one sided weld without the need for back access. 

Line Boring

We offer mobile as well as in house line boring services on any make and any model machine. We are able to line bore holes ranging in sizes from 1 1/2" all the way up to 18". We repair loose, worn out holes back to original shape or to OEM specs. 

Stick/Mig/Tig Welding

Our certified welders can weld arc, wire feed, or precision welds. We can specialize your service just for you.
